Located less than 100 miles from New York City on the North Fork of Long Island, attendees will experience this idyllic 55 room property evoking the timeless spirit of a classic seaside resort. Every room opens directly onto a waterfront deck, where you can enjoy one of our renowned local wines while taking in the sunset. The property boasts over 5,000 sq. ft. of event space offering natural light and sweeping views of the Long Island Sound.
Following a welcome lunch & property tour of the brand new renovations (summer 2017) of the Sound View Greenport, a curated afternoon of activities will showcase the diversity and incentive offerings of the North Fork of Long Island including Winery Visits and a Private Boat Cruise along the Peconic Bay!
Our day will conclude over a specially designed dinner at The Halyard Restaurant, helmed by James Beard award winning chef Galen Zamarra and featuring inventive takes on classic dishes using the freshest local ingredients.

DEADLINE TO APPLY IS APRIL 1, 2018. You must be a qualified MICE planner to participate. There are a limited number of hosted buyer spots available – we will be confirming your participation on a rolling basis based on your submitted qualification. Should you decide to extend your time at The Sound View Greenport, your additional nights of accommodation will be at your own expense and based on availability. All pre-scheduled group activities during the program are provided complimentary. Travel costs (Flight/Train/Driving) to/from the North Fork are not included and at your own expense. Additional on-site resort amenities not included in the group program are additional and at your own expense. Should you cancel your attendance after APRIL 1, 2018, a $250 fee will apply to cover administrative costs.
