Through our "Virtual" Boot Camp platform, you'll meet "face-to-face" weekly with your fellow Boot Camp participants from across the country and your career coach who will guide you through the intensive Boot Camp II curriculum.

Meet Coach Suzanne Coonan, MS, PHR,

Experienced iRelaunch boot camp leader, executive coach and former VP HR

Suzanne is an accomplished Executive Coach, Leadership Development Consultant and Human Resources Leader with 20 years of success leading strategic workplace initiatives and providing solutions helping organizations and individuals achieve results. Formerly a VP of HR at Lake Forest Graduate School of Management, Suzanne hired seven relaunchers, including Carrie Buchwald who is now in a senior role and is profiled in the iRelaunch Success Story Gallery. Suzanne partners with high-performing, high-achieving leaders to navigate challenging and complex environments, advance their careers, find more meaning and balance in work and life, and reach their highest leadership aspirations. She has led both in-person and virtual iRelaunch Return to Work Boot Camps since 2010, and developed and taught a course at the Lake Forest Graduate School of Management based on the iRelaunch Return to Work Boot Camp curriculum.

Suzanne is also a skilled speaker and facilitator on leadership and career development and has presented to hundreds of business leaders at major US and Fortune 500 companies. She has an MS in Positive Organization Development & Change from Case Western Reserve University, a Bachelor’s in Organizational Behavior from Northwestern University, and is a graduate of the advanced coaching program at Coach University.

Participants will connect with Suzanne and the group using WebEx on your computer, laptop or tablet. We’ll walk you through how to use WebEx, a simple-to-use, popular business tool before boot camp starts. No worries if you haven’t used WebEx before.

• Due to the high demand and small class size for Virtual Boot Camps, we cannot give refunds.
• Unfortunately, we also cannot allow people to switch to another Virtual Boot Camp Session once registered, or to do a make up session with another Boot Camp group.
• By registering for this event, you agree not to share or distribute the proprietary and confidential curriculum materials. Additionally, Virtual Boot Camp registrants further agree that by registering for Virtual Boot Camp, they agree not to share private recordings of the group sessions.

SPECIAL NOTE: In order to be ready for Boot Camp II you should have exhaustively evaluated your relaunch options and know exactly what you want to do. We therefore recommend Boot Camp I as a prerequisite to Boot Camp II. If you are interested in Boot Camp II and have not taken Boot Camp I, please contact us.
