Spring Into Mindful Eating

Join us IN PERSON, as our Registered Dietician, Lisa Hubbard, guides you through the practice of mindful eating and what it takes to eat with a purpose.  There will be an exercise that involves eating food, so please let us know if you have any food allergies.
