Full Body Resistnace Band Exercise Class

Join us IN PERSON, as our physical therapists Stephanie and Mallory guide you through a full-body class designed to improve muscular endurance.  Mats and theraband will be provided.  $5 will be collected for the cost of the theraband, Register here or at the front desk.
