Welcome to the TAP Membership Enrollment Page!
MassHousing's TAP program supports housing developments by providing a variety of resources and benefits. In recent years, thousands of residents and staff members from hundreds of rental communities across Massachusetts improved their sites through these valued TAP benefits:
- Webinars/Trainings: Trainings covering a variety of topics, free for staff of TAP member sites
- Resident Engagement Programs: Programs for residents that help build healthy housing communities
- Dispute Resolution: Mediation, facilitation and consultation services to manage and resolve conflicts on-site
- Hoarding Consultation and Flex Funds: (PILOT BENEFIT) Access to a virtual hoarding consultant/coach to provide guidance in working with a resident with hoarding behaviors. Flex Funds may be used to address hoarding cases at TAP sites through the Tenancy Preservation Program.
