Dialogue Meeting with MOLISA/VCCI and VGCL on Draft Decrees, revised Labour Code

The Ministry of Labour, War Invalids and Social Affairs (MOLISA) has circulated a number of draft decrees guiding the new Labour Code and the new Law on Trade Unions. AmCham is organizing this event in cooperation with the Tri-Partite Partnership (MOLISA, VCCI, VGCL representing the Government, the Employers, and the Employees).
