Two of the Chamber’s leadership programs, HYPE Women & EWX, are collaborating to showcase RVA women who are driving change in their careers, community and in business.  Our speakers will share examples of how they’ve challenged the status quo and how sometimes you don’t need a plan, you just need passion.  Facilitated  conversations will highlight key takeaways and provide an opportunity for you to share your thoughts and strategies. You’ll leave with the understanding that being decisive is great, but it’s what you do before and after the decision that defines you as a leader.
