As with any facility outside your home, despite follwing safety and cleaning precautions, use of the facilities at Hope Floats may expose you to the COVID-19 virus. Your decision to access this facility is made willingly and voluntarily by you with full knowledge of said risk. Attendance shall mean that you are accepting the risks, have read and agree to all of our rules and protocas as they relate to COVID-19, and acknolwedge that Hope Floats Healing & Wellness Center is not responsible should you contract the virus. It is presumed that you will make your own assesment and will act accordingly.
