CPWY Connect Event: Hypertension Case Finding Service - Tuesday 15th February 2022

This event will focus on the new Hypertension Case Finding Service which further builds on the clinical services provided by community pharmacy and will help integrate community pharmacy into the wider primary care team. It will also bring in an additional source of funding and opportunities to increase the delivery of other services such as NMS.
