Please register for our next Legacy City series event to be held in downtown Meriden CT, a burgeoning transit and arts-oriented district located smack in the middle of Connecticut!
Together with the City of Meriden and the Making Meriden Business Center we will feature the city's revitalized downtown and blank city canvas that is the “new” Meriden, which is now ripe for business possibilities and investment returns. A light breakfast and lunch will be provided.
Topics will include CT’s Opportunity Zones, Historic Tax Credits, Transit Oriented Development, a vibrant group of panelists and an experiential walking tour of available storefront spaces that will be activated with fun thought-starters for your imagination.
