Backyard Bible Time VBS 

We will miss our usual VBS at the church, but we pray that Backyard Bible Time (BBT) will be a meaningful experience for your family. Included in each kit is everything you need to make the Bible come alive for your family. By the end of these three sessions your child will learn to Trust God, Praise God and Glow for God!

The beauty of BBT is that you get to choose the schedule that best suits your family. Love Glows in the Dark has three sessions and each includes Bible story, craft, snack, lessons, activities and songs. Your family can decide to do all three sessions in a row, one a week for three weeks or any other variation. You can do these lessons in the morning, afternoon, or evening. Each session has enough ideas to engage your family for days. What seems reasonable and fun to cover in two hours at VBS can feel overwhelming to one family at home. Take your time. Enjoy the curriculum together.

We have written this curriculum with the summer of 2020 and the COVID-19 quarantine in mind. These have been extraordinary months and we hope this BBT gives your family a framework to discuss current events in light of Jesus’ teachings.
