ABOUT THE PROGRAM:  The marketing arena poses a greater challenge for financial planners and advisors than for those in many other industries. Compliance seems to create frustrating limits for individuals and business owners when it comes to promotional campaigns. 

Bill and Linda Kleist opened Identity Graphic Design in 1993 to help small- to medium-sized businesses gain The Remarkable Advantage through branding. During Wednesday's lunch program, they will cover topics that that will help you view branding and graphic design as indispensable tools in your sales kit.

     * What is branding? (It's not just a logo!) Why does branding matter?

     * What should a business owner look for and expect from a graphic design resource?

ABOUT IDENTITY GRAPHIC DESIGN:  Identity Graphic Design specializes in brand identity programs for businesses and has created identities for hundreds of companies.  They also offer creative campaigns, company & product naming, slogan development, corporate identity and full-scope design implementation into print and web. Linda has a B.S. from GVSU and her focus is new business development and assisting in the creative and marketing process for clients. Bill graduated from MSU with a B.A. in Advertising and a B. A. Graphic Design and has been practicing in the field since 1983. Bill also enjoys teaching the next creative generation as an adjunct professor of graphic design at Lawrence Technological University in Southfield, Michigan.
