The challenge:

A lot of time is spent learning, developing and honing clinical skills but when it comes to running a business, practices often end up growing organically and sometimes not in the direction or at the pace that practice owners originally desired. Practice owners end up going day to day, month to month, year to year fire-fighting and not being entirely sure which ideas to implement.

Take a day out of your practice and put pen to paper outlining exactly how you would like your practice to be. Celia will guide you through articulating your long-term and short-term objectives, defining your role within the practice now and in the future, working out who you need around you, systems you need in place and the actions you need to take.

The result:

You’ll leave the workshop with a 3-year plan and clear objectives and actions for the next year. You will also have a clear idea about the next steps you and your team need to take in your journey towards enjoying your work and achieving your vision.
