This workshop addresses recognizing child abuse and sexual misconduct, both from sources outside the organization as well as the misconduct of employees or volunteers. When reporting is required, what to report, and how employees can protect themselves from allegations are also topics included in this training.

Linda Clark, Presenter

Linda is a former high school educator in K-12 education. She transitioned to consulting for Clear Risk Solutions in 2006. Her areas of training expertise include workplace culture, sexual harassment, diversity, mandatory reporting, and confidentiality in the workplace. During her time in K-12, she was a mandatory reporter involved in the recognizing and reporting process. Her trainings addressing abuse and sexual misconduct emphasize specific responsibilities that are part of the reporting process. Her primary goal as an educator is to create awareness within organizations as well as help inform individuals of their responsibility and accountability in all facets of the workplace. Linda has worked with many nonprofits and educational institutions on the responsibilities of mandatory reporting in order to keep both children and adults safe.
