This camp stands a cut above the rest in many ways but none more important than how we have it set up perfectly, for optimal results and performance.  The first two days we'll focus on testing all athletes in various explosive movements including but not limited to: 40 yard dash, pro agility, and broad jump(they will also be tested at the end of camp). In those first two days we will also examine each athlete's running form and leave no stone unturned when correcting technique. Proper running form is essential for optimal performace as its necessary to fire fast twitch muscle fibers to the best of their ability, not to mention for injury prevention. Each athlete will gain a much better understanding on proper form and will, periodically thoughout camp, go home with homework on drills to correct their running form along with corrective stretching techniques.

Never losing sight of proper form and mechanics, we will go through an extremely rigorous routine full of drills and exercises focused on drastically improving power, speed, quickness, reaction time, and coordination. We will use various speed specific pieces of equipment to assist in our efforts, such as speed chutes, bungee cords, bands, sleds, plyo boxes, hurdles, BOSU balls and so much more!
We will have a weekend break to break up each week. Two days of the camp, again to work on overall athleticism, we will also take the athletes through an intense and very effective "yoga for athletes" session. The camp is ten days, two hours a day, packed with proven techniques to drastically increase athletic performance. The last and eleventh day will be strictly retesting to track progress.

No matter what sport you play, this camp will take you to the next level and each athlete will learn specific training skills to carry on to last a lifetime. You will learn how to continue improving and most importantly how to help prevent injury. 

This elite level camp will be for athletes 16 years old and up and be from 1PM - 3PM. All levels welcome whether you are a D1 commit or brand new to sports! All we ask is that you conduct yourself with respect for your coaches, yourself, your fellow athletes and come to camp prepared to go to work hard each and every day. 
Each athlete will recieve one-on-one coaching throughout the camp, as well. To ensure this happens we will cut the registration 
off at just 12 athletes so do not wait to sign up! 
Once registered, each athlete will receive a detailed itinerary of exactly what to expect and what to bring each day of camp.
