Energy Efficiency

Jon Phelps is an experienced management professional.  He received his Master of Science in Management from Louisiana State University.  Currently, Jon is essential to the planning and implementation of the state’s energy efficiency programs targeting specific market sectors such as commercial retrofits, and income qualified as well as HVAC and retail lighting.

Previously he took over a weatherization program in Louisiana, and made certain that field personnel received the appropriate equipment in order to perform their jobs properly.  He also designed and implemented a centralized energy efficiency training center in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.  Due to its ideal design, his center was replicated at many locations.  He currently resides in Baton Rouge and has two children.
