Wisconsin Upside Down Kenosha & Racine invites you to join us for Rockin 4 Down Syndrome, on October 10th, 2015. We’ll kick things off at 8a.m. on the beautiful shore of Lake Michigan in Kenosha, Wisconsin at Celebration Place – Kenosha's premier lakefront festival place!
