2015 HomeBuilders Fall Retreat

October 9-10

How about a weekend away to relax, refresh, and strengthen your relationships with God and family?  The HomeBuilders Retreat is designed to do just that for couples and singles in a beautiful setting with fellowship, Biblical teaching, and time away. 

FRIDAY kicks off an awesome weekend with the addition of two new events! Friday afternoon will be an opportunity for some real HANDS ON LEARNING about building trust and teamwork in your family (see below). This will be followed with a COOKOUT ON THE PATIO and time to experience food, friends, and fellowship. The first general session will be Friday night and don’t forget afterwards the refreshments, free time, fellowship and a movie or a camp fire to re-spark an ember in your relationship.

SATURDAY'S SCHEDULE allows you to customize the conference to meet your specific needs in the areas of marriage, parenting, personal growth, health, family relationships, leadership, and finance with  five concurrent morning and afternoon sessions and a general session in the afternoon. A new addition Saturday is CONNECT TIME to allow you to discuss what you have learned in the sessions. Saturday afternoon also provides interaction with the speakers with a Q&A Session. The conference's team of well qualified Christian speakers and musicians are prayerfully waiting to share God's message with you.

For those desiring extra time away for a date night or a night out on the town with friends, accommodations are available for Saturday night.

Come renew your relationship with the Lord, your mate, future mate, or friends while learning practical application of Biblical perinciples to every-day family life.

Friday Afternoon

Friday afternoon will be an opportunity for some real hands on learning about building trust and teamwork in your family.  Click here for some possibilities. For the less adventuresome, all of the 4H facilities will be available - hiking trails, canoes, basketball courts, tennis courts, etc. This will be followed with a cookout and time to experience food, friends, and fellowship.

Registration deposit fee: $50 (due at registration)

Remaining fees listed below (include all activities, meals, refreshments, and session materials) are in addition to the $50 registration deposit fee.  These remaining fees vary by accommodations and are due before Oct 1:

OPTIONAL Friday Afternoon

For those who want to really get the most out of the weekend the Hands On Trust and Team Building exercise can be added for $25 per person and must be added by October 1.

Scholarships Available  (Apply for scholarship at time of registration.)

  • Pastor - Pays half of your of fees when you bring two other couples at normal rate.
  • Missionary - Pays all of your fees except $50 Registration
