Our Commercial Broker Breakfast is part networking event, part trade show as we invite brokers along with developers/owners and a range of providers including architects, attorneys, contractors, and engineers.

This year's event will be held at 275 N. Washington Street in the second floor office, which is currently in shell condition. Serving as the host sponsors are The JBG Companies, the building's developer, and Cushman & Wakefield, the landlord reps.

Located in Rockville Town Center, the building includes ground-level retail and 12,000 SF of office space, which features floor-to-ceiling windows with views into Town Center's ongoing development.
