Elective: Real Estate-A Case Study Approach

This course is a case study and group discussion of actual real estate situations encountered by licensees, such as, issues with offer presentation, agency, material fact disclosure, and compensation disputes, along with citations of Real Estate Commission rules relating to these situations. New case studies will be used in this year's course to enhance the discussion of the above topics.
