2021-2022 Broker-in-Charge Update

This year’s BIC Update course will address the same topics as the General Update course plus an additional broker-in-charge consideration, i.e., BIC Best Practices Guide.

FOR ALL LICENSEES
This comprehensive Fair Housing course will help students establish smart business practices that comply with fair housing laws. It applies the law to today's marketplace, including fair housing issues commonly found in property management and advertising.
