This year’s General Update course will focus on the new WWREA Disclosure, Racial Equity, Broker Fiduciary Duties, Law and Rule Updates, and Licensing and Education.

2021-2022 Broker-in-Charge Update
FOR BICs AND BICs-ELIGIBLE ONLY

This year’s BIC Update course will address the same topics as the General Update course plus an additional broker-in-charge consideration, i.e., BIC Best Practices Guide.

Elective: Fair Housing, 4th edition
FOR ALL LICENSEES

This comprehensive Fair Housing course will help students establish smart business practices that comply with fair housing laws. It applies the law to today's marketplace, including fair housing issues commonly found in property management and advertising. Case studies throughout the course demonstrate real-world applications of fair housing laws and regulations.
