[4-hour NC CE Elective Course # 3571]

Are you ready to take the next step in your career and join the ranks of the best in buyer representation? By taking this ABRŪ designation course you will embark on a two-day journey where you’ll gain valuable real estate education that elevates your skills and knowledge in the eyes of the homebuyer.

You will learn to understand and demonstrate your value to today’s buyer, help buyers find the right property at the right terms and price in both buyer’s and seller’s markets, and you will acquire the skills and resources to succeed as a buyer’s agent in a dynamic real estate market. As the course is presented, you will discuss issues involving client representation—sellers and buyers—and examine how to remain true to agency representation principles in sensitive situations.

This course is the first step towards becoming an ABRŪ designee. Recognized by the National Association of REALTORSŪ, the ABR designation is awarded by the Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council (REBAC) to real estate practitioners who meet specific educational and practical experience criteria.

[4-hour NC CE Elective Course # 3241]

When military staff and their families relocate, the services of a real estate professional who understands their needs and timetables makes the transfer easier, faster, and less stressful.

The Military Relocation Professional (MRP) Certification Course educates REALTORS about working with U.S. service members and their families and veterans -- at any stage in the service member's military career -- to find the housing solutions that best suit their needs and to take full advantage of available benefits and support.

This course is required to obtain the MRP Certification and meets the elective course requirement for the ABRŪ Designation awarded by the Real Estate Buyers Agent Council (REBAC).
