The MBA of Jacksonville is excited to welcome Mr. Scott Reuter, Chief Appraiser and Director of Valuations at Freddie Mac, as this month’s member luncheon event guest speaker. Scott will speak on advances in appraisal valuation, which have resulted in Automated Collateral Evaluation (ACE) and Loan Collateral Advisor tools.
