Grandchildren of Survivors: Virtual Coffee Meetup 

Join us on February 11 at 9:30 am for a virtual coffee chat to learn more about this exciting opportunity between the Nathan and Esther Pelz Holocaust Education Resource Center and WEDU and to sign up for the meetings!

Grandchildren of Holocaust survivors will meet over the course of four weeks to learn to confidently share their family Holocaust experience. WEDU (we educate) is a powerful course developed for 3Gs by 3GNY with support from Facing History and Ourselves. Participants from this program will have the opportunity to connect with their family history, meet others with similar family stories, and explore how the Holocaust has shaped their lives, values, and perspectives. Once they are comfortable, participants will have the opportunity to share their family story with students in the classroom and become part of HERC’s speakers bureau. 

These meetings will occur Thursday night on  February 24,March 3, March 10, March 24 Thursday nights from 6-8pm.
