Healthy Homes: Assessment and Interventions Training - February 21-23, 2018

During this new course, students will learn about the importance of conducting an assessment & resident interview using solutions-based approaches & tools. They will learn about identifying responsible parties, estimating costs, handling the bid process, communicating with residents, managing quality control and keeping adequate records.
