Welcome Party & Banquet- MONOPOLY MDNA STYLE What a perfect way to MONOPOLIZE your evening with the Welcome Party! “Advance” to Broadwalk and take a short walk to the Atlantic Dance Hall. This Art Deco Ballroom is our private nightclub for the evening. The stunning balconies with views of Crescent Lake are the ideal setting for mingling and socializing.  The historic interior with an expansive dance floor invites you to “strut your stuff”. Everyone will be treated to a sumptuous buffet and cocktails.

Spouse /Companion Event-- WE LOVE PARIS IN THE SPRINGTIME! Spouses will be treated to a fantastique morning! We will “prendre un brunch” in Epcot.  “Isle de France,” a private patio overlooking the beautiful World Showcase Lagoon at Epcot, has been reserved just for us.  This private experience will be our special time to enjoy the ambience of Epcot and celebrate our tradition of visiting with friends and meeting new friends. The brunch gives us the opportunity to have the rest of the day to enjoy the parks with family and spouses. Looking forward to being together! Bon Appetit!

• Attire is casual. It is a 10 minute stroll to France from the hotel
• Limited space available – Pre-registration is required
• Open to spouses and children only
• Park tickets are not necessary but the privilege is only for the brunch. Tickets need to be purchased if you choose to stay in Epcot

Seminar #1- Are You Prepared For A Disaster?Disaster just struck your facility and half of your building has been destroyed by fire. But you have a good insurance policy with replacement cost coverage so everything will be taken care of, right? Well, maybe…….. The insurance company sent their adjuster and he arrived with an army of equipment experts, building contractors, forensic accountants and other experts. They are all there to help you get your operation rebuilt and back to normal, right? Well, maybe…… Your insurance agent, accountant and lawyer can all help you with your insurance claim and look after your interests, right? Well, maybe…… What you don’t know can hurt you. Property insurance claims are not as straightforward as they may appear. And insurance companies aren’t necessarily your “good neighbor” when disaster strikes. Any good business has prepared a disaster plan to protect their employees and assets during an emergency. That plan should also include an understanding on how your insurance policy will pay your claim and what you need to know to protect your financial interests. Neal Novak, Regional Vice President of the Alex N. Sill Company, has over 30 years of experience in the insurance industry. His company exclusively represents the policyholder in property and business interruption claims. He is a veteran of disasters such as Hurricanes Andrew and Katrina, the Great Flood of 1993 and many other catastrophes. Seminar #2 – Joint Venture Standards & Procedures Panel Discussion When should a joint venture machine be paid for? What are acceptable expenses? What rate should be used for cleaning versus repairing? Is a salesperson’s commission a shared expense? Should overhead be part of the expenses? Should the partner know who the machine was sold to?

This open forum discussion, led by Joe Lundvick, CEA Perfection Global LLC, Jack Boecher, AEA, Raco Industrial Corp., Paul Lashin, Prestige Equipment, and Troy Clark, Clark Machinery Sales.

A perfect venue for fireworks, cocktails, desserts and MDNA friends!

Everyone will be a Prince or Princess for the night as we gather for a cocktail reception. Then we will savor an elegant plated dinner prepared by Disney’s award winning culinary team. Festivities and dancing will continue until the clock strikes twelve!
