2022 Hearing Aid Revenue Cycle Live: Knowledge, Processes and Procedures - Live Streamed

Please join us for an event solely focused on the hearing aid revenue cycle/reimbursement process from scheduling to payment. This course is geared to audiologists and audiology staff. This course offers up to 8 hours of audiology continuing education.

Audiology Resources will be hosting a Hearing Aid Revenue Cycle Live: Knowledge, Processes and Procedures event on Friday, July 15, 2022. The course will run from 8AM to 5:00PM CST.  There will be a 15 minute morning and afternoon break and a 45 minute lunch break each day. 

Each event also comes with access to the slides (available for download prior to the event) and three months of no charge, one on one questions, guidance and coaching! This is included in the registration fee! 

Attendees are ENCOURAGED to bring problem claims and situations for discussion. 

Audiology Resources, Inc. is approved by the American Academy of Audiology to offer Academy CEUs for this activity. The program is worth a maximum of .8 CEUs. Academy approval of this continuing education activity is based on course content only and does not imply endorsement of course content, specific products, or clinical procedure, or adherence of the event to the Academy's Code of Ethics. Any views that are presented are those of the presenter/CE Provider and not necessarily of the American Academy of Audiology. 

 


The course is geared to audiology practices, otolaryngology practices which house an audiology department, hospital audiology departments or hearing aid dispensing practices which employ audiologists.  Registration is open to administrators, practice managers, audiologists, coders, office staff, and hearing aid dispensers. 

Agenda

Morning: Systems, Coding and Modifiers, and Compliance Considerations (State, FDA, FTC and Surprise Medical Billing)

Afternoon: Managed Care Considerations, Verification and Implementation, Notifications and Waivers, Documentation Guidelines, and Appeals and Denials 

Dr. Cavitt will address questions following the conclusion of the event. This service is built into the cost of the event.  AUDIOLOGY RESOURCES WILL ONLY ANSWER QUESTIONS FROM PAID REGISTRANTS, BOTH DURING OR AFTER THE COURSE AND WILL ONLY SUPPLY COURSE MATERIALS TO PAID REGISTRANTS. THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS. 

Registration Information:

  • When registering for the Boot Camp, each registrant must register with a unique name and email address.  This is a CEU requirement. 
  • CEUs are only available for paid registrants.  There are no exceptions. 
  • If you are seeking association CEUs, you must include your membership number in your registration.  CEUs cannot be processed without your member number. 
  • Please let us know, in advance, if you require a certificate of attendance so we can have it prepared and sent to you. 
  • Registrants will not be able to record the event.  The video and electronic slides are the property of Audiology Resources, Inc. and cannot be used, printed, recorded or disseminated without the written consent of Audiology Resources, Inc.  Registrants can purchase, for an additional fee, recorded access to the event. 
    Event registrations are non-refundable after July 1, 2022.
