PeaceJam Greece Conference 2018 Group Registration Form 

This form is for Schools/Organizations that are coming as a group to the PeaceJam Greece Conference.  In addition to the GROUP REGISTRATION FORM, we will need a paper copy of the STUDENT REGISTRATION & RELEASE FORMS for each participant that is signed by their parent and/or gaurdian.  Please email or bring a physical copy of these forms for each participant.  Youth that do not have a signed form by their parent/gaurdian, will not be able to participate!!

The registration for the conference is €60 per person . Please note that, if needed, we can provide financial support upon request.
