A nonprofit can't succeed without an actively engaged board. Our presenter, Dave Wallace, is masterful at conveying how to strengthen nonprofit boards. Dave will provide a treasure trove of hints and tips to help you develop and invigorate your trustees, including recruiting, on-boarding, meeting mechanics, and even how your board can be more effective fundraisers.

About the Presenter: Dave Wallace has worked as an attorney with the federal courts in Cincinnati and is now on staff as Senior Vice President of Operations at OneSource Center. With a long involvement in the Greater Cincinnati civic and nonprofit communities, Dave has served as board chair for Beech Acres Parenting Center, Kids Voting of SW Ohio, OneSource Center for Nonprofit Excellence, Executive Service Corp of Cincinnati, Madeira Parks and Recreation Board, Madeira Senior Commission, PreventionFIRST! and First Unitarian Church. He currently serves as vice-chair on the board of directors for Maple Knoll Communities
Dave has received a Certificate in Nonprofit Board Consulting from BoardSource and he provides expertise in board development, governance, and legal matters to nonprofit agencies.
