In this interactive session, leaders will learn how to leverage basic principles, such as power, love, and self-discipline, to help shift their employees from surviving to thriving.
Presenter: Elisha Hill is an HR practitioner whose background spans both the nonprofit and retail sectors. For the last four years, she organized and managed leadership development programs at both Cincinnati Children’s Hospital and Christ Hospital. She also developed diversity and inclusion training for leaders and staff. Prior to her move to the nonprofit sector, she spent nine years managing leadership programs and operations for Macy’s. She created culture-transforming coaching initiatives and streamlined personnel policies and procedures. Her efforts led to a greater retention of employees at all levels.
Elisha’s passion for improving health outcomes and for a more inclusive community led her to become involved as a board member of the Butler County Board of Developmental Disabilities. Elisha is also a OneSource volunteer consultant.
