February 17, 2022 "Building Blocks" Dreaming A Path To A Real-World Strategic Plan
Announcing OneSource Center's
February "Building Blocks" Virtual session
"Dreaming a Path to a Real-World Strategic Plan"
Description: It's time to step back from the day-to-day emergencies and determine your vision for the future. This interactive program will engage you in the basics of how to identify your organization's goals and the strategies necessary to accomplish those goals. You will learn how to use two important planning tools: 1) SOAR (strengths, opportunities, aspirations, and results); 2) 5D (define, discover, dream, design, deliver). You will have an opportunity to work in smaller Zoom breakout rooms moderated by our presenters to discuss how your challenges can be addressed with strategic planning tools.
Presenters: Joy Albi is a volunteer consultant with The OneSource Center for Nonprofit Excellence and has helped local nonprofits create/update their strategic plans and also served as a mentor and executive coach to help grow executive leadership. She is the former owner of Business Information Solutions, Inc., a commercial business records archive. She is retired from her law practice which focused on criminal defense at the trial and appellate level. Joy currently serves on several local and regional nonprofit boards.
Carol Frankenstein is an entrepreneur and a management executive with extensive experience in both small and large nonprofits.
