Travel & Lodging: Responsibility of each participant. A block of rooms has been reserved at a discounted rate at the Comfort Suites in Webster, TX. When making a reservation, mention the Avanti International room block. *The block will be released on March 22*. After the block is released, the price will go back to the standard room rate. When you have completed the registration form, you will receive a courtesy pack of information including directions to the hotel & Avanti's HQ and nearby restaurants and attractions. The week before the school starts, you will receive information on clothing attire and the expected weather conditions.
