What Will We Be Doing During Our Long Toss Classes?
Each long toss class will be a 60 minute class designed to help all players improve arm strength, increase throwing velocity, improve durability, and add confidence.
Youth (10u-14u)
All High School Ages
Classes will be offered twice per week on Mondays and Fridays in October
Mondays, October 5th, 12th, 19th, 26th
Fridays, October 9th, 16th, 23rd, 30th
10U-14U 7:00-8:00pm
High School Ages: 8:00-9:00pm
