We are honored to have Michael join us this month for what will surely be a very interesting and timely discussion on the EPA and Executive Orders under the Trump Administration, legal issues related to the Paris Climate Agreement, and other hot topics under New Jersey Law.
Michael is a Lieberman & Blecher Shareholder who has practiced extensively in the environmental and land use areas since obtaining his law degree, and previously, a degree in environmental engineering. With a focus on complex environmental litigation, Michael assists Lieberman & Blecher’s business, individual, municipal, and non-profit clients in a wide array of matters concerning the federal Resource Conservation and Recovery Act, New Jersey’s Spill Compensation and Control Act, Site Remediation Reform Act, Solid Waste Management Act, Environmental Rights Act, and Municipal Land Use Law.
All attendees will receive a Continuing Legal Education Certificate for 1.0 credit hour.
