Dragon Boat Race Festival at Port Jefferson! 9/17/16, 8:30am-5:30pm
It's time to GET YOUR RED ON!! Stony Brook University students are invited to participate in the Dragon Boat Race Festival on the beautiful Port Jefferson Harbor. This will be a day full of fun, competition, & recreation. Boat teams from all over will be racing against each other. SBU students can join the "Stony Brook Seawolves" Boat (boat & life jackets are provided). Food vendors, cultural activities, music & demonstrations are part of this great event. All interested students must register online by September 2. Our student team must have 10 males, 10 females, & 4 alternates. Team practice on Friday, September 16 at 6 pm. FREE REGISTRATION and FREE T-SHIRTS for all Team members! FREE TRANSPORTATION from campus via the S60 Bus (must show SBID Card). Event is rain or shine! GO SEAWOLVES!
