The Critical Next Five Years – US Workforce Projections".  How do we recruit, train and retain the next generation of craft professionals?  Industry and education partnerships are essential components in the long term solution for the workforce shortages that must be addressed.  We need to gain an understanding of how quality career and technical education (CTE) can raise the bar and provide the needed skilled workforce for our industry while offering great opportunities for our youth and veterans. Additionally, there are tools developed by NCCER and CURT to assist contractors in making these preparations for the future.”
