Special Inspections HSW Lunch and Learn

This will present the origins of Special Inspections, pre-WWII construction and the evolution of Design-Bid-Build with building codes, case studies and failures including discussion of the Kansas City Skywalk failure (why Special Inspections) and discussion of definition of special inspections and testing as per IBC or other building codes.
