Open Hearth Cooking with Herbs Workshop

Learn how to prepare and cook fare using recipes and herbs from the 1830's in two-hour sessions. This is a UNIQUE, HANDS-ON learning experience that will familiarize you with the wonderful possibilities that period cooking can offer. We will fire up the hearth and oven and prepare food selections that we will then enjoy communally at table. Lavada Nahon brings foodies together through anecdotes, historical background information, a great sense of humor and delicious culinary creations.
