Peter J. Gilbert, Esquire and the Highpoint Institute Present:
Several years ago, an attorney colleague of mine in Connecticut had a client who was a successful real estate developer. The man became a friend as well as a client, and both friends enjoyed the growth of their respective businesses. Then came the 1986 Tax Act - and the bottom fell out of the real estate market almost overnight. The friend was left on the hook for millions in business loans, which of course he and his wife had personally guaranteed. The lawyer was devastated: not only to see his friend and his family fall on such hard times, but even more so because there was nothing he could do to help them, except to a bankruptcy attorney. My attorney friend resolved that he will now go the extra mile for his clients, by protecting them from such misfortune.
We’d like to help you help your friends and clients, too. Come to the HighPoint Institute on May 9th, where you’ll learn:
