Kevin's practice focuses on complex litigation matters, including insurance coverage and subrogation, construction defect, and commercial disputes. He represents business entities in litigation involving business dissolutions and contract disputes, as well as target defendants (including businesses and governmental entities) in complex products liability and construction defects matters. Before joining Rizzo Mattingly Bosworth PC and moving back to Portland, Kevin practiced law in California for several years, specializing in insurance, products liability, and construction litigation.

His current professional involvements include the Oregon Chapter, Claims and Litigation Management Alliance, and the ABA Toxic Torts and Environmental Law General Committee.
