Marty is an Account Executive, Head of the Food Processing Practice Group, and a Principal at Parker, Smith & Feek, Inc. In addition to Food Processing, Marty works with Commercial clients in a wide variety of industries. He has extensive experience and expertise in Workers' Compensation and is the firm's specialist, collaborating with Account Service Teams and clients to design strategies that maximize the effectiveness of Workers' Compensation programs. Marty's background includes underwriting, claims, and research and development for several major Workers' Compensation carriers, and that broad experience has resulted in his unique qualifications for assisting clients with complex risk management programs.
Marty joined Parker Smith & Feek, Inc. in 2001, following fifteen years of experience in the insurance industry. He holds the Associate in Risk Management (ARM) professional designation. Marty received his B.A. from the University of Washington and M.B.A. from Seattle University. 
He is a founder and former board member of the Rick Pankow Foundation, a local non-profit that "helps real people with real needs" in the Northwest. Additionally, he is a current board member of the WA/AK Make-A-Wish Foundation.
