Unlocking My Spiritual Self

Tony Silvira is the author of Unlocking My Spiritual Self and the title of his book is about love, loss, and spiritual awakenings. This book was born of pain and sadness, but yielded an outcome that fosters love of humankind. Tony’s journey began when his wife was diagnosed with terminal cancer; her tremendous fear of dying forced Tony to make a decision that would change their lives forever. Tony lost his business, his home and his health as he stood by his wife trying to help her on her journey to healing. To assist him during these difficult times he started using THE PRAYER WHEEL™ Program  created by co-founder of the Spirituality In Health Care Network, psychiatrist, John Rossiter-Thornton; Tony would use the program to seek answers to the many questions he had. Using the Prayer Wheel techniques, Tony began to write, and it soon became apparent there was something different about these writings he called “flows.” Not only did the flows provide answers to his questions, but they also appeared to have a much wider, deeper significance; the flows had a spiritual meaning that seemed to speak to anyone who read them.

For many, the loss of a loved one means loss of a part of their soul. But in Tony's experience, this loss, though devastating, revealed his soul, instilling in him truths beyond grief, inundating him with understandings of the human spirit and what it means to be alive. His wife’s passing gifted him with astonishing enlightenment. Life-changing revelations gave him a profound understanding of wisdom, consciousness, and the value of service to humanity.
