The WNY STEAM Conference, hosted by Daemen College, will bring educators from Western New York together to learn about and discuss STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math) Education in K-12 private, independent, charter and public schools. The conference will include sessions that cover all aspects of STEAM with sessions led by K-12 teachers, college and university professors, and STEAM industry professionals.
This year, the conference explores the connection between STEAM education and "Building" Buffalo and Beyond. "Building" takes on many meanings in STEAM. The realization of WNY based structures and products require concepts, designs and prototypes that are all connected by the fabric of STEAM. Various Sessions and Immersive Experiences will bridge the WNY Region with Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Math.
