Brogan Basketball Camp 2015

**Please note, after registering, you will need to submit the Medical release form before your child can participate at camp. Ater compleing the form, scan and email it to cjbrogan@gmail.com or mail to Jim Brogan, Inc, 12750 High Bluff Dr. San Diego, CA 92130. The cost for camp BEFORE June 30 is $250 per camper, AFTER June 30, the cost is $275.

On the next screen, click the"Add" button and complete your Camper's information. Then proceed to the Parent/Guardian fields before clicking "Submit" You may add up to 15 campers per one registration.
