National Offender Re-Entry Association (N.O.R.A. Inc.) is pleased to announce that we will be hosting our very 1st Annual "I AM REFORMED GALA" where some of Memphis most successful reentry individuals will be rewarded for having mastered the challenges of reentry transitioning. We will also be honoring our community supporters.
