Annual AHJA Awards Banquet for the 2020 Show Year

Come join us for the annual Arizona Hunter Jumper Association Awards Banquet and Silent Auction for the 2020 show year!! The banquet will be a brunch event this year on Sunday, January 10th, 2020 starting at 11 AM at the Crowne Plaza Golf Resort in Chandler, AZ in the San Marcos Ballroom.

COVID safety measures: The resort requires face masks to be worn while indoors (except when seated at your table). Seating has been reconfigured to make tables more spread out. Attendees will need to sit and stay with their barns durning the banquet. Hand sanitizer is provided.

**Please note that the banquet will be cancelled in the event there is a mandated shutdown that affects this venue. Tickets will be refunded for this reason only**

All tickets must be purchased by January 3rd, or when we reach 150 tickets sold, no exceptions. We cannot sell tickets after this date, once we meet the tickets sold limit, or at the door this year due to pre-planning requirements for table distancing.

Member's Meeting - the annual general membership meeting will start before the banquet at 10:45 am. All members are welcome to attend.

Tickets/Check In - tickets are not required to check in. Just provide your name to the check-in desk hosts!

Start Time - the banquet starts at 11 am. The buffet will begin at this time as well.

Slient Auction - This year's silent auction will be online only and goes live January 3rd. Proceeds will help benefit the AHJA Scholarship Fund. The link will be provided to attendees when the auction is live.

Don't forget to bring cash $$$$ for the 50/50 raffle!

Seating - When checking in, we will provide you your seating information as groups have been assigned specific tables. Please allow us to assist you with finding your spot if you are unsure.

Parking - Complimentary self-parking is available.

Dining - this year's banquet features a gourmet brunch buffet, which is included with your ticket. Alcoholic beverages are not included, but there will be CASH bars open in the banquet room.
