Free CLE & Volunteer Appreciation Awards Event & Reception 

Join the Board and staff of The Pro Bono Project  at our Annual CLE and Volunteer Appreciation Awards & Reception on Wednesday, December 12, 2012, to applaud the many legal and business professionals who lend their time and talent to The Project each year.  

Through their involvment and effort, The Project is able to help those in our community who are underserved by providing access to the civil legal system. In doing so, our citizens are able to get their lives back on track and contribute productively to the community in which we all live.

This year's CLE will feature the American Bar Association's Staff Counsel, Will Hornsby, who will speak on "The Ethics of Social Media." He serves on the ABA's Standing Committee on the Delivery of Legal Services.

The CLE will begin promptly at 4:00 pm; registration opens at 3:30 pm. This will be followed by the Volunteer Appreciation Awards, which will begin at approximately 5:00 pm and the Reception ending at 6:30 pm. The Honorable Susie Morgan, United States District Judge for the United States District Court, Eastern District of Louisiana will be this year's Awards' presenter.
