Vendor Registration for SYNC 2018 (Share One Conference)

Please join us for a great opportunity to collaborate with Share One Clients.  Share One's conference is unique and very inclusive for our vendor partners.  As a vendor you will be welcome to join in all of the activities that our clients will participate in.  You will be invited to dine at every lunch and dinner event for unprecedented client access.

 
Your "By Invitation Only" basic vendor registration package will include:
 
Exhibit Space - a skirted 6 ft. table, two chairs.
 
All Lunches/Dinners.
 
A Vendor Sponsored Door Prize of $100 cash.  In order to win this prize the attendees will be required to interact with the vendors and get their registration card initialed. 
 
A Vendor Sponsored Cocktail Party - Monday night will be a special happy hour credited to the vendors and scheduled before dinner.
 
Attendee contact information and your contact information will be distributed to all attendees with their packets of information and included in the mobile app.

Sunday morning - optional events TBD (details and registration to come).

Sunday night - the official start of the conference featuring the KICK-OFF DINNER that will include cocktails, dinner, and more.

Monday - full meeting day at the Hilton Nashville Downtown. 

Monday night - vendor sponsored cocktail party followed by dinner reception.

Tuesday - full meeting day at the Hilton Nashville Downtown.

Tuesday night - small group dinners.  Sign up at the welcome desk. 
 
Wednesday is the wrap-up and official close of the conference at lunch time.
 
Vendor Setup - Setup begins Sunday afternoon and should be completed by Monday before 10 am.  

Vendor Break Down - Anytime Wednesday.  FYI the vendor door prize will be Wednesday after the break. If you are providing a door prize, an email will be sent to coordinate in advance.
