The Art of Leadership

Join other male religious leaders in reflecting upon and exploring leadership as male religious, using "The Art of Leadership" by Abbot Primate Notker Wolf, OSB, and Sister Enrica Rosanna, to spur the conversation (140 pages, 16 short chapters).

We will meet online for four, 45-minute sessions. Each session will focus on a different theme, including connecting charism and leadership, collaboration skills in community life, and listening. Participants will receive a copy of the book and reflection questions in advance tailored to the upcoming session. Our facilitator will be Susan Timoney, STD, associate dean in the School of Theology and Religious Studies at the Catholic University of America. She has found this to be one of the most popular books discussed in her pastoral ministry courses with religious.
