CMSM 2020 National Assembly Registration

Please read the information below. The registration for participants and guests is at the bottom.

Monday (Aug. 3) workshops and schedule 

• 1:30-4:30 p.m. Optional afternoon workshops: (1) Immigration for Religious, (2) Updates in safeguarding, and (3) Eldercare planning (register on this form)
• 5:15 p.m.: New member orientation 
• 6-7 p.m.: Casual reception hosted by Saint John Vianney Center. Saint Luke Institute is graciously again sponsoring our closing banquet.

Registration cost and details

• National Assembly: $550 through June 21, 2020, then $595
• Gathering for Young Religious: $425 (a program for men within five years of final vows or ordination)
• Register up to four people per online form. 
• Pay by credit card* or check. For check, complete this form online, select "check" payment, and follow the instructions. 
• You will receive an email confirmation of your registration.
• Register separately for your hotel room (see below). 

Cancellation policy: Refunds will be given for cancellations made by July 6, 2020, less a $100 non-refundable cancellation fee. No refunds after that time since we cannot cancel commitments to the hotel and vendors.

Hotel: Reservation link ($143/night for reservations by July 10, 2020). Free in-room wifi and access to the hotel gym; there also is a small indoor pool.

Airport transportation: The Buffalo-Niagara International Airport is 15 minutes from the hotel. Please take shared ride (Uber, Lyft, about $20), shuttle or taxi.

Mass concelebrants: The Diocese of Buffalo has asked that concelebrants send a letter of good standing or copy of a celebret to CMSM. These can be mailed or emailed to Susan Gibbs. We will submit them to the diocese in a single package.
